Spay/neuter certificates are available to members of the general public experiencing financial need.  We ask that pet owners in need, schedule an appointment with their vet.  Once that appointment has been scheduled, come to the shelter and a certificate for $30 will be issued.  Present the certificate to your vet and he or she will discount your total spay/neuter cost by $30.  Since we are unable to give discounts to everyone, we ask that only those who are truly in need participate in this program.  Thank you for spaying/neutering your pet!
